Tonight I'm dining with my southern belle friend, Kate. We're making pork chops, salad, and "Dirty" edamame, which is her southern version of edamame. It is made with olive oil and salt.
I was reading about Ted Kennedy today, because I always remembered my mother telling me something about how he drove drunk and killed a woman and was never charged for it.
